Yotli is a Shopify app used by this store to reply to customer reviews and, optionally, ask for a review after a purchase. This page specifically explains how we handle the data used for that review-request email.
We only use the customer's name and email associated with an order, and only for a single purpose: sending an email asking for a product review, 7 days after the order is marked as fulfilled.
We don't share, sell, or use this data for any other purpose. The only third party involved is Resend, the service we use to actually send the email — the customer's name and email are sent to it only at the moment of sending, as a normal part of that service.
We delete the customer's name and email from our system as soon as the email is sent successfully. We only keep an internal record, with no personal data, used solely to avoid scheduling the same request again for the same order.
Every email we send includes a link to unsubscribe. Once you unsubscribe, we won't send you this type of email from this store again.
